London in Summer

According to an article in London's Time Out magazine, a person is photographed on an average of 300 times a day in London - whether via cctvs or the multitudes of tourist cameras. That's not hard to believe.

Some people say that London is a series of villages strung together by rickety rail, others claim that it is the best city in the world. Whatever it is, London is a place that grows on you, and there is so much to do, feel and see that getting bored is truly impossible.

I present to you London as seen through my eyes. I was there on a week's visit to mend a broken heart, and it worked.

I have deliberately not put in too many obvious landmarks for the time being - but to those familiar with London, you will know exactly where these shots were taken :-) It is amazing how much detail there is to London, if one just slows down to enjoy the sights. I'm amazed at how little of London I noticed when I used to live there, on a revisit recently, I realised what an amazing place London is.
