The pictures in this gallery were taken from many National Parks of Thailand between September and November 2008. I place these pictures base on the time of shot in the day.
1. Thung Salaeng Luang National Park, Pitsanulok
Thung Salaeng Luang is about 4 hours drive from Bangkok and one of the most beautiful savanna in Thailand. The sea of mist in the morning here is very beautiful as you can see in my pictures. Unfortunately, not having enough time to explore the area, I will have to go back there again. The best time for taking the picture here is between end of June to January.
2. Doi Intanon National Park, Cheing Mai,
Doi Intanon is the highest mountain peak in Thailand and the heaven for bird lovers and nature photographers. Most of the interesting points here is big waterfalls and the beautiful view point. The best time for photographer is between the end of October and February.
3. Mount Gajome, Rachaburi
Most Thai people hardly believe that Rachaburi, only 100 km from Bangkok, will have a beautiful mountain view point. To access this location, we have to go by only 4 WD car. Typically, there will be a sea of mist around the top of this mountain and it is the main tourist attraction. Best of time for this location is the end of the rainy season.
4. Phu Soi Dao National Park
Phu Soi Dao is the forth highest mountain in Thailand. It take about six hours hiking to camping ground. In September, the camping ground will be full of wild flower but in this year, wild animals eat most of the wild flower root. Thus the number of flowers is less than other year. In here, there are a lot of small beautiful waterfalls but I managed to get only three pictures. I will have to come back here again for sure.
