One might wonder what the Azeri art is doing in Kastamonu. Well, if the painter is from Azerbaijan then it would explain the situation. Adelet Bayramoglu of Azerbaijan for several years has been a popular figure in the Art circles of Kastamonu with his out of ordinary paintings. Mr. Bayramoglu mostly paints the Electrical transformer buildings along the roadsides and provides an interesting interpretation of daily life in family. Most of his murals he uses bright colors, long lines and at times, geometric designs. These murals have the hint of miniature style of art in large scale. Most are his unique interpretations of life in and around Kastamonu.
