2 c. oatmeal
2 c. Nature's Path crispy rice cereal
1 bag vegan chocolate chips (Tropical Source brand!)
1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Cream margarine with sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in egg replacer and vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour with baking powder, baking soda and spices.
5. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, mixing well.
6. Stir in oatmeal, chocolate chips and crisped rice.
7. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
9. Cool completely on a wire rack.

1 tsp. vanilla
Beat in egg replacer & vanilla
Creamed mixture
In a separate bowl, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda
