Fate fondere il burro a fuoco lento
In una scodella sbattete insieme le uova, lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale
Dopo 5 minuti aggiungete la farina lasciandola cadere a pioggia
Rimestate con un cucchiaio di legno
Incorporate il burro fuso freddo e il miele
Mescolate bene senza lavorare il tutto troppo energicamente
Lasciate riposare nel frigorifero per circa 1 h
Riscaldate il forno a 220 gradi
Togliete la pasta dal frigo e lasciatela a temperatura ambiente per circa 1/2 h
Fate fondere la noce di burro e ungete gli stampi prima di riempirli con l’’impasto
Infornate per 5 minuti per stampi piccoli e 10 minuti per quelli piu’’ grandi
Lasciate raffreddare leggermente prima di gustare

Quelle belle surprise! En visitant ma page de "favoris" (dont vous faites partie) j'ai tout de suite reconnu le patelin de mon enfance! J'ai vu des douzaines d'images classiques des Iles mais celle-ci les bats toutes, de par son originalité et ses tons. Un vote, bien sûr!
