Found December 15, 2007 on the Marburg Flats, Codorus State Park, York County PA during the Christmas Bird Count by several members of the Codorus Bird Club.
Although this Killdeer has pink legs, eyes and bill, the brown coverts, primaries and tail prevent it from being a true Albino thus it is to be labeled a Leucistic. The bird was very wary and prevented me from any close approach. Whenever I would get within 35-40 yards of it, it would fly to a new location. I could not get good photos of it.
