You bring the eye of an editor to a subject, Marcia. You abstract your images down to an essence, removing clutter and distraction, leaving only whatever expresses your point. You often draw on incongruous juxtapositions within your frame to say what you have to say. You find a story, and tell it well.

There is a clarity and directness about these images with an element of abstraction so that I would not directly say "Ah, the Southwest!!" perhaps with the exception of "Urban Angles" and "The Old Mission" and a couple of others. Not sure what that says. Perhaps some common architectural/design threads permeate our consciousness no matter where we are. The gallery is striking, distinctive and strong, and, clearly I am intrigued by it!! V

This is really a very interesting gallery, full of contrasts but with a very intelligent "driver line" passing trough the whole exhibition. More than a "unique" scenery, one can observe an "accomplice" state of mind. I am particularly fond of the way you're acting with the ambiance. Nice work!
