Natural Bridges National Monument is located in Utah. Natural bridges like the three main bridges found in the monument differ from arches in that they are formed from the erosive action of moving water. Arches form from other erosional forces like wind, moisture, frost, etc. There three bridges here include Sipapu, Kachina, and Owachomo. They roughly have heights between 100-200 feet and spans between 180-270 feet.
There are some ruins and rock art here. In particular there are some petroglyph and pictograph panels at the base of Kachina Bridge. These elements date from AD 700-1250. Most of the rock art appears to be Anasazi but six anthropomorphs here appear to be in the Fremont Southern San Rafael Style.
