This panoramic image is from the same lake as Week 1 in the spring series. Taken 3 weeks latter, I had been hoping for a repeat of the perfectly still water + a partly cloudy sky + a great sunset...

What I got was this. There are 3 graduated neutral density filters at work in this image to allow the scene to resemble what I remember it looking like. The lake was almost smooth but not quite. Good enough, however, to get distinct and recognizable reflections.

Centered is the main Gazebo at Baumann Park, in Cherry Valley. Cherry Valley is a great little unincorporated village just outside Rockford, Il.
