Stitched Panoramic Images

This is a collection of panoramas that I have taken over the past 5 years. I have continued to add to the gallery ever couple o weeks and it is almost time to segment it into two or three groups. The stitched panorama photographs here are fun to do and take time to get the seems hidden well.

Note that not all of these are stitched, but the vast majority are.

These panos are beautiful. I always love seeing such masterpieces in this format. I do a lot of these pictures as well, check out my site if you can! I hope that within four years of shooting I can have such an impressive gallery. Spectacular.

Wonderful shots Steven. I also find it amazing how the perspective changes with just a few frames stitched together. Often only 2-3 frames is all that is needed. A few of mine are here:http://www.pbase.com/dbh/pans

Awesome gallery Steve. I almost always use stitching myself, regardless of whether I am going for a panoramic format. For great resolution, field of view, and exposure latitude you just can't beat it. Your pictures show off the technique very well. I'm sure the full sized images look incredible.

I think you will find the stitch an invaluable tool. Turn any lens to a wide angle. This is improtant since aperant detail drops as FOV increases. So the sider FOV, the more MP you need to get a good image.
