October 19: Mulberry Leaves

Rancho Bernardo, CA

Well so many of you seem to have these gorgeous fall leaves shots. Here in SoCal such color is difficult to find. So I humbly submit for my fall scene this look at a few leaves on my (non-fruit bearing) Mulberry Tree.

The image below is a full view of the same tree. It can get quite large and I have to have it cut back annually.

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM
1/160s f/10.0 at 22.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

You have less fall color than we do. You should raise silk worms in this tree.

wonderful detail. Be thankful you don't have to rake all the leaves.

We have the same problem here in my state. We really only have two season...shame really. However good wine grapes do not grow in snow :>) Nice looking tree, Robin.
