Thursday's Informal Transglobal Challenge: Be Square!

Wednesday's Lunch - Romaine Lettuce, topped with diced turkey breast, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and tomato wedges.
The dressing was made up of maple syrup, raspberry vinegar, olive oil, salt, and basil.

=Sheila and Laine both said they were going to try this dressing.=
It was delicious. To serve four people Jill recommends:
3 Tablespoons of pure maple syrup
1/3 cup of raspberry vinegar
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

A message from my husband....The best tasting dressing he's ever had...!! A big thank you, Dave & Jill. We ate it tonight on our salad. Unable to find rasberry vinegar I substituted it with red wine vinegar !!
