One of the things I learned from the Thursday Transglobal Challenge:.. I have always eaten kiwi fruit peeled and sliced. I don't know why, I just always have. After seeing Dominic Cantin's entry I started eating the fruit with a spoon... it makes so much more sense.

Thank you Lee and Beverley. I learn something new, each week, from every challenge.

My husband eats them sliced thinly, skin and all. He read that the skin helps combat
cholesterol. Whether it does or not doesn't bother him now, he's got used to eating them that way. (The rest of us use spoons :-)
