GP38-2 No. 5073 switches a cut of intermodal cars at the north end of Portock Yard. The structure to the right was the Virginian Railway's South Norfolk Tower. The Virginian crossed the N&W mainline on a diamond where the locomotive is located. The tower was demolished in November 2012.
