The boys in the family took off for an afternoon run yesterday - very sweet, all prompted by Adin, the younger boy who has a jog-a-thon coming up in school. David, my husband, has always run, even running the L.A. Marathon about four times. Not lately, though, the past few years being too busy with the kids. He's starting to get into it again.

Me, on the other hand, I don't like such intensive exercise. A leisurely hike is more my style.
