Pan Dulce
Literally means sweet bread. A chewy, lightly sweetened Mexican bread topped with a sweet, decorative topping.
Our local bakery "Panchitas" has at least forty different kinds and they all have specific names.
I can only name two here, the round conchas in the foreground and the bigotes on the left.
