Udon
Udon = Japanese Wheat Noodles with chicken broth, shrimp, green onion, boiled egg, fish sauce and chili paste with garlic.
A hearty breakfast.

Interesting breakfast! I'm sure that kick-started your morning. Beautifully photographed! I think I would like to try that. By the way... what is your favorite brand of fish sauce? I go into an Asian market and am overwhelmed with the many brands.

Udon and Saimen Soups are two of my favorite meals! Fortunately I can purchase the noodles here and prepare the soups. Nice photo work Walter!

I love this - many moons ago I worked in an Asian supermarket, the boss's wife would sometimes cook udon for lunch for me and the other workers...absolutely wonderful!
