Takamatsu 高松

Kagawa-ken's upbeat and cosmopolitan capital city, the former castle town of Takamatsu has seen major growth and modernization since the arrival of the Seto Ōhashi linking the prefecture to Honshū. Nationally famous for its cheap and varied udon dishes, the city also brings in the tourists for its gorgeous traditional garden of Ritsurin-kōen. Takamatsu also functions as a transport hub for other nearby attractions, most notably the islands of Shōdo-shima, Nao-shima and Megi-jima, as well as the nearby pilgrimage town of Kotohira.

yes, nice pics! i´ve returned from Nippon three weeks ago and before that i´ve stayed in Takamatsu for 4 nights. visited Ritsurin, Tamamo, Shoudoshima, Konpirasan. taking many pics in a little bit worse weather.
