Security stripes

As I was taking shots of this mirror, a security guard came out
and asked me politely what I was taking photos of the building for.
I showed him the mirror and he looked at the shots and left, convinced I wasn't a terrorist.

I know the feeling, been there done that... Do they lock you up for photon stealing? - well worth the agro for this shot.
Dave Hein28-Nov-2008 00:07
Who goes there?!
Jackdad27-Nov-2008 23:45

Phillip Normanton27-Nov-2008 21:03
Mmmmm - it does have a bit of a 'cold-war' feel to it :)
Mairéad27-Nov-2008 20:17
That's a really cool shot. I was once asked to stop taking pics of an old cinema building
which now houses a chinese restaurant, pizza takeaway and video rental store. So I just
moved down a bit onto the public street and kept snapping.

A great collection of stripes.
I wonder if the security guard would have regarded me in the same way after seeing my unshaven face and frumpy clothes.
Richard Chapman27-Nov-2008 17:28
Stripes all over the place, and a very pleasing composition

To take photographs is always an adventure! ;) We are all kind of "terrorists" - LOL! To bad we can`t see the security guard in the mirror! ;)

It`s a "wild" shot Sheila! Love the distorsions and your brilliant treatment! :)
