Message from Mairéad
I’m a mum, journalist and amateur photographer living on the east coast of Ireland.
I’ve always had an interest in photography, ever since I gazed down through the viewfinder of my mum’s old Voightlander camera.
I first began to take photography seriously when I got an Olympus Trip and then an OM10 camera. My first digital SLR, was an Nikon D40x and I have since purchased a Nikon D7000 and an Olympus Pen E-P1.
