1960 - S. W. Raulerson, Clifford Russell, Bernard Schoninger and Loyd Frank Vann
Hialeah, Florida
S. W. Raulerson, Clifford Russell, and Bernard Schoninger were principals in the Palm Springs Investment Company, owner of the Palm Spring Village shopping center and Loyd Frank Vann was architect of the center. Raulerson, Russell and Schoninger also owned R&R which developed virtually all of the Palm Springs section of Hialeah except for a few homes here and there.
Yes, Ms. Raulerson, you should be super proud of your father's contributions to Hialeah! One of his partners, Mr. Schoninger, was a client of the insurance agency where I worked for many years and they insured his shopping centers and other real estate business.

Yes S.W. was a Florida Resident. The Raulerson's were the first settlers in Lake Okeechobee in the 1800's. My dad was born in Holopaw Junction, Fl.

I can't believe I found this amazing site. My father is S.W. Raulerson to the very left. I was and will always be so proud of his contributions to Hialeah. Suzanne.

Lots of Raulersons in the Highlands County and Polk County area. I wonder if S.W. was a Florida Raulerson?
