Stephen, yes, it was part of a chain of food stores in South Florida and perhaps elsewhere.

The Army Navy store was amazing to this 8 yr old in the mid 70s. Also, Royal Castle was simply the best.

My first real job was bagging groceries at the Publix. I worked New Years Eve Day and made $21 in tips!!!

Palm Springs Lanes, the Facentes! It must have been brand new when I went there with friends from HHS Band in 65.

I love this one. Richards was the first thing we saw coming from the south on Red Road. We knew we were about to enter the great Palm Springs Mile.
