Four pictures of this Roman bronze statue 2 meters tall, copy of Apoxyomenos, an original Greek of the 4th century bC
probably by Lysippos of Sykion, the court sculptor of Alexander the Great.
Apoxyomenos was found in the Adriatic sea, buried underwater for over 2000 years, restored and exposed in a lightbox in Florence in 2006,
and represents an athlete wiping off his sweat after a competition.
"Other artists make men as they are, I make them as they appear" Lysippos used to say.
The mindset of a true "photographer" already.
