Feb 2: Open 24 hours

That's right, one new photograph every 24 hours! I actually ventured outside to get this shot as part of this February's 'urban landscapes' theme. I don't know why, but I feel very uneasy about being out in public taking pics. But this is the second time this week, so I think I'm getting over it!

Great angle - I have never looked at this sign from this perspective before!

Very much a DM style pic, black subject, black background! Like the way this treatment makes the 3D subject look like a 2D piece of artwork, very clever!

Great colors and I love the angle look.

As Pall stated AWESOME! Appears as if the letters, numbers are just floating in air.

Hi, you got some nice images!! I just started with this project(Photo a day) and I find it hard to find things to photograph :) I can't believe you did this for the whole year!

Good on you David. Don't forget to pack the sunblock too;->

Awesome - terrific angle and the contrast and clarity is unbelievable for ISO 1600.
BTW I see you are shooting .raw now - are you by any way using PS CS for conversion, I'm asking as I see that your EXIF data does not show up in the EXIF display - known "feature" of PS CS. It stores the EXIF data in a differnet way than pbase protocoll expects.

I feel the same way, David. I'm not sure why, but I do. This is a great shot. Love the colors and the contrasts. Great angle. -- angela :)
