Red 4

I'm sure it was premature to paint the frame when I still have so much to do to finish the engine, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
This is an axle pump on a gauge one live steam engine, I am building from scratch.

Sometimes it's best to stop and do a mundane task. Pacing yourself... then on to bigger and better things. Nice clear photo... good luck with the project.

Interesting and ambitious project. It's looking good painted red. V.

Fascinating to see this. It would be cool to watch your progress in building this engine.

You certainly know a lot about trains and are very handy with tools! :)
