Feels like we're being transported back in time with this beautiful winter shot. Well done!

Great shot with the grain.

I find it interesting that rain or snow make a picture look real grainy, in this case it is a neat effect for the image. I have the same problem with rain at the horse show because if people don't wear rain gear then people don't realize that it is rain and not grain. Very good shot.

Excellent shot like the grainy effect

I find it interesting how rain and snow make a picture look like it was shot at super high ISO and is real grainy. I have the same problem with rain at the horse shows. Very nice composition.

Agree, this looks like something from the 1800s!! Excellently done Timothy - I hope those ducks are OK and haven't frozen in the water!!

Timeless and ageless image but definitely with a cold look!
Cindi Smith09-Jan-2010 17:08
Does look like an old shot. Hope those ducks aren't frozen to the ice. Excellent work!

That really looks like an oldie. Excellent processing and a classic image. Voted

The image has been straightened - water, not the bridge. Thanks.

This is a great image with very thoughtful processing, the ducks in the FG are a nice compositional element. It isn't level though and needs a slight CW rotation...

looks almost like ice Timothy, brrrrr................!!!
