Terry, I just lightened the deep shadow there.
It was so bright that afternoon (1:00 PM), that, but for the pine tree, he would have come right out out the sun.
The shot is from about 40 meters.

I'm curious about the coloring under her head - is that coloring bouncing off
something below or were you using flash, or...?
