The black birds are crows. The white bird is a parrot. I've heard about this parrot. It evidently escaped from a near by home and now lives on the American River Parkway in the vicinity of Sunrise Ave. It appears to have taken up with this group of crows. I observed the crows along with the parrot chasing a hawk. Mile 18N
