I love this capture Bill for the expression on their faces, the sharpness and the symmetry of the twins. That said there is also something not quite right for me. I have come back to this image 1/2 dozen times today and I think it is the background. It may be the bokeh (just not out of focus enough) or maybe the graininess. If you used USM I would be interested in what it looks like with a higher threshold setting. Steve

Nah, those are a little flat bur that is common in our area. I've picked hundreds of them out of my dog Pepper's fur after a grouse hunt.
