Bill, Wanda

Well they say that some have a nack for the technical aspects of photography and and not the art and then others have the art part down and can't do the technical. Then there are those that don't think twice about it cause it comes natural to be able to do both. I am ok with the technical, or know what I have done wrong in hind sight but the artist eye I do not have. Thats were luck comes in for me.

I say who cares as long as you are having fun. I am glad you two have discovered a different way to enjoy photography together.

Wanda just keep clicking that shutter. And have fun.

It is great that you are practicing and learning Wanda.

Wanda's image showed a good sense of composition and a good use of light. She just needs to work on the technical end of using the camera. Some showed minor focus problems, some showed motion blur (but dang she is steadier than me 1/100sec at 400mm and almost usable handheld is pretty amazing). She just needs to figure out the all the buttons and she will be kicking my butt.

James,

I saw a whole bunch of blurry stuff! Then I pushed the button halfway and watched it focus, or at least TRY to focus. (laffin) Once in a while I managed to line up a shot, but needles to say, My images need a LOT of work, they are nothing compared to Bill's. I think Bill dumped all the shots after we had a good laugh while viewing My attempts at capturing a bird.
