I had the most extraordinary experience tonight. Fellow PaDer Danny Barton asked me drive with him to the Denver airport to help him greet Miss Rachel who just returned from a month at ROTC summer camp. I've never met either of them before except on Pbase.

First of all I am totally charmed by Danny. He is a kind, open, and thoughtful guy who I would be proud to call friend. We rode out to DIA chattering away like we had known each other for years. (I'll bet JHR's bloomers were running up and down at this "another PaD meet up.”).

Rachel is bright, verbal, saucy, and energetic. All this and a great beauty too!! She was full of tales about her military experience, and was also obviously quite delighted to see Dan after such a long time.

Thanks goodness we won't have to look at any more pictures of **Dan kissing Scooter,** trying to suffer through the great hiatus. ;-)

Dan thanks for letting me photograph your special event, and welcome home Miss Rachel. It was all great fun!
