The whistling wind was propelling a driving rain in the dark of night. We were riding nicely on a mooring ball in Vero Beach Harbor. Our dinghy (rigid bottom inflatable boat) was floating in the water tied-up along side Shibumi.

When I looked out to inspect it, I found the dinghy nearly filled with water. Everything inside the dinghy was tied down, but was floating shin-deep in rainwater.
