We stayed only two nights in Islamorda; or was it three?
Either way we had a great time.
We walked a great deal and saw much of the city.
Lynn and Lynnette from Caribbean Call were there.
Steve and Janet aboard Gauneka sailed from Key Largo at the same time Jill and I sailed Shibumi over.
We had a fabulous Sunday breakfast at a great little restaurant.
Then we took a nice dinghy ride around the area to do some water-side sight-seeing.
Sunday afternoon we went to Lorelei's to watch the Daytona 500 NASCAR event...
I'm not big on NASCAR, but Jill loves the sport.
So it was a picture taking occassion for me.
Shibumi left Monday morning for Boot Key Harbor in Marathon.
It was sad saying so long to Gauneka and Caribbean Call, but we know we will meet up with them again somewhere along the waterway.
