2005-02-02: Sunset over Building

Needham, Massachusetts

Another "industrial" view. I liked the contrast
between the tree, the sky and the building.

My first attempt at blending different exposures,
with a second shot to lighten the building.
Not well done, but it's a start.

Great perspective and wonderful tones in the sky.

Certainly a great start! I don't have the best PS skills, so I wouldn't have a clue how you do that, but it looks good to me!

Like your comp a lot Peter, and you did well in the exposure play. It's a powerful feature with so many variables.

Nice job. I like your perspective on this.
I haven't tried layering two exposures. This looks great!

Streaks of pink cotton candy in the sky -- cool!

Very nice. We have had grey skies for 5 days and this warms my heart. Six inches of rain last night.
