Beautiful colours. Looks like India and Nepal also. And the composition makes it very strong. BTW I just noticed that you are also using Nikon coolpix 8800, same as what I am using now.

Striking shot and so graphic! I love the colors which are the exact point of this picture. Are these dyes then sold at the market? I can recall something similar in Guatemala markets as well, and the women's hands all stained with the dyes they use.

To some this image will an exercise in color. To others a picture of dye. To me, it represents the nature of Asian art -- it is a very Thai palette. What a wonderful way to open a gallery on Southeast Asia.
