Dr Anne Pyburn [on hood] & crew

Anne Pyburn & her crew at Chau Hiix, Belize.
Chau Hiix was a Maya site that was occupied from 1200 BC-1500 AD.
They'll be returning in 2007 to continue excavation.

Anne was lead investigator in settlement patterns at Nohmul during our field season. Pyburn discovered/named Maya city of Chau Hiix in 1989 and is a core faculty member of the world's only PhD program in Archaeology and Social Context.
Patricia Cook, also a Nohmul Project alumnus appears in this photo with a happy face [as usual], wearing a green sleeveless top, [second person left from the vehicle's passenger door]....

other sizes: small medium original auto
