How to look goofy on top of a hill

Cinder Cone Butte, Elmore County, Idaho view map

The butte is about ten miles south of Interstate 84, west of Mountain Home, Iidaho. While driving eastward on I-84 I had seen the butte off in the distance---a lonely hill. I wondered what the view from it would be like, so I made a detour to check it out. I was surprised to learn that it was the site of some PBase infrastructure.

My personal assistant, Joe Tripod, supported ny camera for this photo and had no opinion about my pose.

Dan, you're butting in again. In the dictionary, "butt" and "butte" are next to each other, possibly causing confusion---but I'm sure you knew that.

I thought it was spelled "Butt"
