Without microwave transmission systems, this country would come to a screeching
halt. That's why it's important to understand the role microwave communication
plays in the PBase world. Those images you take for granted on the screen
of your monitor don't magically appear there. No, they must be transported
via any of several methods. This is one.
This facility receives, amplifies, and transmits PBase data around the clock,
beaming information (regardless of content) to users. The staff members here
enjoy watching the images as they pass through the station: with the proper
filters, they can isolate any category of image for their viewing pleasure.
Curiously, the all-male crew prefers one category above all others.
