20050418 Vegetation Constellation (View at Original!)

Thanks for making it this far!

I would really appreciate your views on why this picture works (or is it just me?).

Look at the tree in the centre of the picture and let you eyes go a little out of focus - weird eh?

I feel the leaves look like parachutes falling from a plane high in the sky; or like a stars in the night sky - hence the title.

John, I think this one is more appealing and pleasing to the eye. It would be a wonderful greeting card perhaps, the other, I think has has a cool special effect look to it, but is for more of a selective group, as it is kind of abstracty, ya know what I am saying?
