"A little of this; a little of that...." Crisco, peanut butter, cornmeal, raisins, peanuts...I think I need more cornmeal so this doesn't make such big chunks! :-) Here's a better recipe from my neighbor who feeds bluebirds year round: 2 + c. of yellow cornmeal
1/2c. peanut butter
1/2 c. crisco
handful of raisins
do not add flour as it gets moldy
the particular amt. of cornmeal is determined by greasiness of the pb and crisco you use
