Sesame Dressing

Was wondering what to serve with some homemade chicken salad (from chicken wings and boneless thighs) that I used for soup and this salad from Aaron & Claire's tonkatsu recipe on YouTube came to mind.

He cut cabbage very thinly, soaked it in water for a while (didn't say how long, but said it would take out some of the strong flavor(?) of the cabbage)
I used a mortar and pestle to crush the toasted sesame seeds, but if you don't have one you could try using a coffee or spice grinder. I wouldn't use one that had a lingering terrible smell in it! 🙂
Aaron & Clare's Sesame Dressing (which would be great on a lettuce, etc. salad) Here's the video where it is featured: http://youtu.be/NyH16NnXAoQ

Crush 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds and place in a small bowl
Add and mix well to combine:
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1.5 tsp toasted sesame oil. (I like the Kadoya brand. The stuff they sell in Sam's or Costco is awful.)
bit of salt
