Got my first one, a 3.2 quart Farberware, about 3 years ago. Added another Farberware, tried a larger brand that failed in about a year, and recently bought a Cuisinart TOA 60 combination air fryer/toaster, because it offered the larger one layer cooking surface, and despite the fact that getting the temperatures and times right lest things get overcooked, I love it to pieces.
This morning I used my Farberware to reheat a couple of wedges of crustless quiche (because it would have been a soggy mess reheated in the microwave) and the Cuisinart to air fry red potato cubes that had been precooked for minutes in the microwave and then tossed with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders and paprika. The combination of microwave and air frying for the potatoes makes perfect results results possible in much less time.
If you don't have an air fryer you should think about getting one, but watch a lot of YouTube videos to learn just one might suit your needs.
