Introducing the Golden-backed Snipe Fly
Sharon spotted this cool looking fly
But he was caught in a spider web and amazingly enough, still alive
I took about 5-6 shots of him and then Sharon proceeded to free him from the web's grip

After browsing about 55 pages on bugguide.net, I found the entry for this luminescent little fly

1/250s f/7.1 at 150.0mm iso200 with Flash full exif
