I’ve gone back and forth about posting this picture since I realize it isn’t great, but I think it’s so cute because after seeing the male cardinal every day singing his little heart out, I finally caught sight (for a second, with no time to adjust camera settings) of the female preparing to build a nest. I guess he finally found her.
