19 March
like a candle in the wind

Actually.... no wind today, just sun, sun, sun. Unfortunately I spent a good deal of the day tidying up the garden and the rest trying to restore an old photo for a friend, so no nice shots to prove that it was sunny here at all. This is a candle from our dinner table. The flare on the left is a second candle further along the table. If it's a nice day tomorrow I'll go walkabout.

It is a very quiet, soft and peaceful image. Not a breath of air moving, look how still the flame remains.

Very nice shot Gail.

remember the song well. The band had to play it time and time again!
Nice flame shot :)

Nicely set up, peaceful and warm feeling to it.

Guest 19-Mar-2005 22:57
very nice Gail. I really like how there is a reflection in the back.

Shame you missed the sun, but this one's a good shot with warm light.
