It's not an everyday scene where you see a joker walking around. I mean a clown like entertainer. He happened to strike my attention with the cap n bells, very distinctive made of cloth with little tails hanging jingle bells at the end. Those points represent assess' ears and a tail worn by jesters earlier times. But this hat, I see more than 3 points and I wonder why! It's kind of strange too that he wore the hat but he doesn't look that `funny' especially with no make up and look like an ordinary walking man in the street, just wearing that jingling hat!
