The man's posture (verging on slouching) does not reflect well upon the city. His supervisor should have a word with him. Notner's Motor Pool staff does a remarkable job with signage on the city's vehicles!

We have thousands of these "Welcome to Putney and empty your wallet" people.
I suppose it is only fair seeing as us motorists are personally responsible for the destruction of the planet. Still not to worry all those people getting incredibly rich from our fines will instantly save the planet.
