An Antakya specialty is a kind of cheese that comes as a string. I saw images of one of those record attempts for the Guinness Book of Records in March 2005 of a whole street filled with a row of people, all handing each other one huge string. Not very sanitary, but I suppose eating the produce rarely is the purpose of those attempts.
