This is a small album of photos taken 8 years ago. I was in Korea for only 3 days. The first two days were spent in Jeollabuk-do (or North Jeolla Province), where the bone-chilling temperature was too cold for November, obviously colder than that in New York. I didn't have much expectation thinking that it was too late for the fall foliage. But, surprisingly, many of the leaves were still in vibrant colours, and there were scattered fallen ones that just added a touch of romantic atmosphere to the sceneries. The third day was mainly dedicated to visiting the palaces in Seoul, admiring the magnificent and impressive architecture. This 3-day brief capture of the late Autumn in Korea could still be called productive, something to be thankful for on Thanksgiving Day of 2016.
