Photo a Day, 6 June 2006...Enjoying all of the summer flowers growing in the gardens... between the irises and the roses I pretty much had a field day. Played a lot with point of view and really liked this one which was taken laying on the ground... which is still a bit wet and muddy from all the rain... the things we'll do for PAD...
Thanks to everyone for all of the kind comments and votes on yesterday's image. I've finally been slowly getting around to other's photos as well...

I've been trying to come up with single word descriptive titles this month which aren't something obvious from the photo (ie not iris or dappled) most are ending up being adjectives but not all... just trying to challenge myself with words a bit.. so if anyone was wondering about the odd title... that is what is up... "Impressionalistic" was another I came up with for this one due to the effect of the dappled light coming through the trees in the background... but thought exhilarating also worked with how it is thrusting upward
